UTS on Android is an official Indian Railways mobile ticketing app for booking unreserved rail tickets.
Who can use the utsonmobile App?
The service is not available to anyone under the age of seventeen or who has been previously suspended or removed from Indian Railway's services.
By accepting the Terms & Conditions or otherwise using the Service or website, it is assumed that the individual is at least seventeen years old and has never been suspended or removed from Indian Railway's services. The Person represents and warrants that he has the power, capacity, and right to enter into this Agreement and to adhere by all of its terms and conditions. The person shall not impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent another person's or entity's identity, age, or affiliation.
To use the utsonmobile app service, you must meet the following requirements:
The utsonmobile app is currently available for Android, Windows, and iOS.
GPRS connectivity on the Smartphone should be adequate.
The Smartphone must be GPS enabled in order to use the paperless ticketing option.
The registration procedure is as follows:
The automobile app or the website (https://www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in) can be used to register users for the various services.
For the one-time registration process, the passenger must enter information such as their mobile number, name, password, gender, and date of birth.
To ensure the legitimacy of the mobile number, the mobile application would send an OTP to the mobile number entered in the USER ID field. After a successful registration, an SMS will be sent to the user telling them of their success. An R-Wallet account with no balance would be created.
The Login Procedure:
After completing the registration process, the passenger must input their credentials on the login page in order to use the vehicle app.
The utsonmobile app provides the following services:
1. Purchase a ticket:
Normal Reservations (Journey and Return tickets)
Booking in a Hurry (Journey and Return tickets)
Ticket for the Platform
Ticket for the entire season
Booking with QR Codes (Platform Tickets, Journey and Return Tickets)
2. Ticket Cancellation:
Before printing a paper ticket, you can cancel it using the vehicle app if the booking amount is larger than the cancellation fee. It is not possible to cancel a Paperless Ticket.
3. Previous Bookings
R-Wallet is a wallet that allows you to keep track of your money.

R-Wallet should be recharged.

6. Ticket for a Show That Has Been Reserved:
The ticket can be exhibited to the TTE (Traveling Ticket Examiner) or TC using the'show ticket' option. If an Internet connection is not available on the mobile, an offline mode is available to display the paperless ticket.
Note:-
Paperless ticket purchasing (Book and Travel) is not permitted inside a train or within station grounds in order to avoid having to purchase a ticket simply by seeing a TTE or TC.
A user must be away from the Station/Railway track in order to purchase paperless tickets.
